Yasuhiro ISHIJIMA

Yasuhiro ISHIJIMA is a researcher of Research Group for Corrosion Resistant Material at Japan Atomic Energy Agency. He received his doctor degree of engineering in Material Science from Tohoku university in 2004. He has been a researcher at Japan Atomic Energy Agency since 2004, and assistant principal researcher since 2017. His main research themes are mechanism of corrosion of nuclear materials, and mechanisms of corrosion effects on mechanical properties of nuclear materials. He is a member of the Atomic Energy Society of Japan, the Japan Institute of Metal and Materials, and the Japan Society of Corrosion Engineering.
