Eriko IRISAWA

Assistant Principal Researcher

Eriko IRISAWA is a Researcher of Research Group for Corrosion Resistant Material at Japan Atomic Energy Agency. She received his doctor degree of engineering in Material science from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2011. After working as a postdoctoral researcher at Tokyo Institute of Technology, she has been a researcher at Japan Atomic Energy Agency since 2012, and assistant principal researcher since 2021. Her main research themes are corrosion of stainless steel in nuclear fuel reprocessing plants, high temperature corrosion of stainless steel in liquid lead alloys, and high temperature oxidation of metals. She is a member of Diversity Promotion Commitee at the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.
